Lamella Clarifier Maintenance Manual
Lamella clarifier maintenance is simple, because the moving parts are only 1 water feeding pump, 2 agitators and several electric sludge discharging valves.

1.
The two agitators should be lubricated every two months, please replace the lubricating oil every half a year.

Regularly clean the lamella plate by pressured water, the cleaning interval is basing on the real operation status. If lots of solids sticking to the lamella plate and don't slip down, then clean the lamella plate as below steps:

Stop water feeding and chemical dosing, and empty part of water to outside, and let 20% of the lamella plate exposing to air, then clean it by pressured water.

Then further empty part of water to outside, and let 40% of the lamella plate exposing to air, then clean it by pressured water.

Then further empty part of water to outside, and let 60% of the lamella plate exposing to air, then clean it by pressured water.

Then further empty part of water to outside, and let 80% of the lamella plate exposing to air, then clean it by pressured water.

Then further empty part of water to outside, and let 100% of the lamella plate exposing to air, then clean it by pressured water.

After cleaning, you can start feeding pump and start to work again, please do not let the lamella plate exposing to air or sun for long time, otherwise the lamella plate will be damaged.

After using the equipment for some time, if the lamella clarifier need be stopped for long time, please clean the lamella clarifier with clean water and empty it. Maintenance method from different lamella clarifier manufacturers may be different, please follow the maintenance manual from your supplier.
