Dissolved Air Flotation Start-up

Check Before Startup:
1.
Clean relevant equipment and pipes, and make sure no foreign matters are left;
Check the connection parts to ensure no loosing and leakage.
Check and confirm all the rotating parts are properly lubricated.

2.
Check and confirm the Valve beside "Water Recirculation Pump" is open.
Check and confirm the Valves on "Air Releasers" are open.
Check and confirm the "Switch of Pressure Gauge" is open.

3.
Check the electric cables & wires, and then make a short time no-load operation to check water recirculation pump (in inching mode), agitators and air compressor:
Check whether the rotating direction is right
Check whether the noise is in normal level
Check whether the heat is in normal level

4.
Start the skimmer:
Check whether the rotating direction is right
Check whether the running is stable

Dissolved Air Flotation Start-up and Dissolved Air Flotation Operation
Start-up in Auto Mode:
1.
Open the gate of control box and turn on the Switch of the main power. Please be carefully, and don't touch other Electronic Components. After turning on that switch, the "Power Indicator" will light. Then close the gate.

2.
Turn the "Manual/Auto" switch to position "Auto" to choose Auto Mode.

3.
Press the button " Start of Auto Mode ", dissolved air flotation components will start one by one automatically according to the programmed order.

4.
To stop the machine, press the button " Stop of Auto Mode ", dissolved air flotation components will stop one by one according to the programmed order.

In daily operation, please use Auto Mode.
Manual model is only used in dissolved air flotation commissioning.
