Dissolved Air Flotation Filtration

1. DAF Tank Body
Made of carbon steel Q235B, coated with anti-corrosion coating.
Ensuring durable quality and long service life.
Stainless steel SS304 is optional.

2.1 Multiple-stage Centrifugal Pump
* Small size
* Low power consumption

Multiple-stage Centrifugal Pump is originally designed to transfer clean water, it is not suitable for wastewater with high contents of suspended solids. Lots of dissolved air flotation suppliers supply this kind of pump to clients, but we don’t.

2.2 Single-stage Centrifugal Pump

* Excellent Wear Resistance
* Low Failure Rate
We recommend you Single-stage Centrifugal Pump.

3. Flocculation Agitator
To mix feeding wastewater with flocculant for flocculation reaction.
Some suppliers may use Pipe Flocculator to replace it.

4. Air Compressor
Provide compressed air to air drum/saturator to generate air-saturated water.

5. Air Saturator
It is also called air drum or air dissolving tank, recycled water from water recirculation pump and compressed air from air compressor are both introduced into it. To generate air-saturated water under pressure 2.5-4kg/cm2.

6. DAF Skimmer
A built-in Skimmer, installed on top of dissolved air filtration flotation, to scrape and collect the separated suspended solids.
