Lamella DAF Dissolved Air Flotation to Houston USA

In Nov. 2019, we exported DAF dissolved air flotation machine to Houston USA.
SS304 stainless steel dissolved air flotation, durable with excellent anti-corrosion performance.

As a Sedimentation Dissolved Air Flotation, lamella plate are optional to install inside Air Flotation Zone to speed up the removing process of insoluble solids which with specific gravity >1.0.

Sedimentation Dissolved Air Flotation has the both function and features of Flotation and Precipitation Technology. Insoluble solids which with specific gravity <=1.0 will be floated to water surface. And insoluble solids which with specific gravity >1.0 will be precipitated to the sludge hopper at tank bottom.

Because of the hopper design in tank bottom, the precipitated insoluble solids will be collected to hopper automatically and easy to be discharged to outside.
