Export DAF Dissolved Air Flotation Machine to Albania

Nov. 2018, we exported DAF Dissolved Air Flotation Machine to Albania. Capacity: 20m3/h.
This DAF Dissolved Air Flotation Machine will be used in a paper mill in Albania to remove the short paper fibers and other solid pollutants from paper making wastewater.

Paper making wastewater is mainly composed of these below 3 sources:
Source 1: Black Liquor
From pulping process, generally 1/3 of it is inorganic matters; 2/3 of it is organic matters, including alkali lignin, hemicellulose, fatty aid, resin acid, etc.

Source 2: Whilte Liquor
From paper machine and beater, with low pollution level.

Source 3: Mid-stage Effluent
From the washing, screening and bleaching process, including biorefractory pollutants.

Many paper mills use waste paper as raw material to make new paper, thus will generating deinking wastewater, with heavy color and great lots of short fiber(pulp). DAF Dissolved Air Flotation System is much suitable for this kind wastewater.
