Modularized PE sewage treatment plant is a compact and high-efficiency wastewater purification solution for small capacity applications like home, hotel, office building, schools, etc. Imported fixed bed biological treatment technology, matured and stable. Basing on the wastewater quantity, one or several modularized PE tanks can be connected to work together.

The PE tanks we can provide are: Septic Tank, Equalization Tank, Fixed Bed Reactor and Sedimentation Tank. Septic tank is an anaerobic reactor, will decrease solids volume in sewage and remove part of BOD, COD and kill worm eggs, acting as a very important pre-treatment process for sewage digestion.

Sewage water from septic tank then flows to Equalization Tank: Its function is to equalize water quantity and balance water quality to ensure constant output flow rate. Then water flows to the Fixed Bed Reactor. The fixed bed bio-carriers which is with large surface area are installed inside this tank, they provide a stable environment for microorganism growing and culturing. The microorganism will absorb and degrade organic pollutants into CO2 and H2O when water flows through the bio-carriers.

Then water flows to Sedimentation Tank for sludge-water separation. Sludge will precipitate at tank bottom, part of sludge will be recirculated to biological tanks as activated sludge, the excess sludge should be removed regularly. The water from sedimentation tank is perfectly purified.
