Polyacrylamide (PAM) is a water-soluble polymer with a molecular weight ranging from 5 to 25 millions Da, renowned for powerful flocculation, coagulation, and adsorption capabilities. Polyacrylamide works through two key mechanisms: charge neutralization (balancing electrical charges of suspended particles) and adsorption bridging (forming strong, large flocs that settle or separate efficiently).

Our polyacrylamide are available in three primary types: Cationic (CPAM), Anionic (APAM), and Non-ionic (NPAM), tailored to meet the diverse needs of municipal water treatment and industrial wastewater treatment.

CPAM - Cationic Polyacrylamide:
Ionic charge 4-76%, molecular weight 8-13 million Da. It is specifically designed for sludge dewatering and municipal & industrial wastewater clarification. Effectively binds to negatively charged sludge particles, significantly reducing moisture content and enhancing filterability for more efficient solid-liquid separation.

APAM - Anionic Polyacrylamide:
Hydrolysis degree 10-30%, molecular weight 12-21 million Da. Ideal for raw water clarification, mining tailings treatment, and papermaking white water recovery. Forms large, fast-settling flocs to efficiently remove suspended solids (SS), turbidity, and chemical oxygen demand (COD), improving water quality and process throughput.

NPAM - Non-Ionic Polyacrylamide:
Hydrolysis degree 1-5%, molecular weight 9-11 million Da. Excellent in acidic/alkaline wastewater treatment, high-salt environments, and complex industrial processes where ionic PAMs may underperform. Delivers strong adsorption bridging capabilities without relying on charge interactions, ensuring consistent results in extreme conditions.
